Hello, the earphone is good, i tried it with another k750, hands free works perfect. When speaking i up full sound, but is quite silent, who can advice me?

check the two connectors are lined up on the speaker block to the pcb

I'm having the same problem with a K750i? the speaker is very quite but it works fine when on the hands free?

faced the same problem...changed the speaker but it remains the same!!
earphone us wery silent!! any help would be great!

twy cleaning the top of fascia where the earpiece is, there you may find blocked with dirt/wax from your ear

thanks my friend but i tryed the phone without the cover in testmode with new earphone so that is not possible!!
