key 1,3,* and # are not working also when i click the select button it says, "insert the handset free to use music button" it seems like this button has the same function with music player button?

anyone?

Heat the keypad IC,its a crystal ic near Joystick.

hi i have k750i phone works ok but no lights on the screen,only keypad lights working.i tried to clean but still same problem.what should i do to make the screen light.?.
