k750i sound problem - GSM-Forum

hi to all members
sir today i recieve a handset k 750i with problem sound (ringer +speaker)
both are not work also mic is not work.
custemrs says that set is working well and he lisgen songs from that handset then he pull out mmc from handset (when he pullout mmc songs are running) at this time set goes to hang and sound goes off also mic

sir i check it when i make call from this handset then speaker and ringer does not respond but mic gives disturbance to other side,
hope u understand this problem and please help me as soon as
