Sony Ericsson - W595

Dear Friends,

I've purchesed W595 handset from Muscat in February 2010. For the first few month the handset worked properly. From July 2010 onwards, my handset started giving me wired problem. when I connect the charger to the handset and start charging, after 5 minitues charging it displays the message "Serious Error, Stop charging, stop using your mobile and call sonyericsson call centre"

I took my mobile at authorised sonyericsson mobile service centre in Thane, at Eternity Mall, **** hath naka, Eastern Express highway. Technisian told me that my handset will be kept under their observation for two days in order to identify the actual problem. after a week I visited to the service centre to know the status of my complaint. but to my surprise, they had not attended my complaint. After a long arguments they promise me to attend my complaint on urgent basis and next day I visited again to know the status. According to them one of the "IC" was damaged and needed to be replaced. this would cost me more than 1000/-Rs. and it was supposed to be done in next 2 days. after a week again I went to service center hoping that my handset would be working fine. but nothing was done. I was angry and fade up with these unproffesional technisians and executives in service centre. I took my mobile back.

This handset is still with me in same condition. another problem is that I can't send and receive the SMS since I came across this wired handset problem. I think this is linked with mobile error. since my service provider is Airtel, I went to Airtel gallory, thinking that something wrong with my sim card. but everything is fine. I hope, once my mobile error is fixed, my SMS problem will get resolve too.

Can anybody advice or guide me to resolve this or can anybody suggest me reliable repare shop where I can take my mobile to fix up the problem.

first backup your important data from phone
go to settings
master reset
if asking code enter your code or default code "0000"
wait the phone rebooting

your problem solved "sms promlem"
but about charging can't solve
