K800 Charging But Not Charging

I HAVE K800I WHICH SHOWS CHARGING BUT WHENE DISCONNECT IT SHOWS LOW BATTERY.

DOES ANYBODY HAVE IDEA PLS SHARE.

bro, check u changer and teste the battery, be sure that is sending voltage to the battery, clean the pin of change, if all is oak, change ic of change
