k800 ringer problem plz help me

check ringer and ringer connecting place on the pcb its resister finaly flow&shake ringer ic its commonly smaller crystal

start with easy step...
try replace the buzzer 1st...
if still can't solved ur problem, then u need to replace buzzer IC
