k800i speaker problem - GSM-Forum

I have k800i for month ad a half and everything was great till yesterday evening. after finishing a call I tried to make another one but realize that I can't hear anything. turn speaker on and it was OK but than everybody around me also heard everything I was talking about. after finishing that call I was trying to find out what happened, I never drop phone, it was never in contact with some liquid..........
now i have to use BT speaker when I want to talk with my phone.

is any of U have any idea what wrong can be here?
is it possible to be software mistake
my curent SW version is:
CXC1250210
R1CB001
060608

please HELP

I returned it to the shop this morning and now waiting to hear from them what is wrong and what will they do?

I can't belive that I am the single person on the net with this problem
Hope so that in a day or two everything will be solved............

i have also this problem very strange that when open the phone and change the speaker it worked ok but after one incomming call it comes on same situation it happened thrice a time please any body help me is it software problem
