this is very common problem with k810. just change keypad membrain.

Brother key pad membran is white part that worka as a keypad.

is there any logic behind this? some keys work, but for instance 0 doesn''t, i cleaned the membrane (sticker with metal '' clicke'rs' on it) with isopropyl alcohol but to no avail, 1 3, but 0 sometimes works? checked connectors etc...
