k850 not accepting flash - GSM-Forum

please tell me how to repair a gdfs problem in a k850 it is not accepting the flash , i am not having any paid software but here is the a2uploader log , i cant connect the phone by pressing the c button , but i managed to connect the phone by only presssing the 2+5 , a2uploader log and also another problem the phone certificate is blue not red and the colour has to be changed to red .

ticked identify and then check driver to
my computer/right click/properties/hardware/device manager
port com if on yellow mark right CLICK and bring it to phone driver.

if no yellow mark check battery
or repair using TP.

i am not having special tools to TP please help me with this thanks and i have unlocked another k850 with aerix on the same system so no problems with the drivers but the phone is blue and i think gdfs is corrupted so can i repair gdfs first for free thanks
