K850 sounds ok befor calling - GSM-Forum

Hello
I have a k850 that its sounds are ok befor calling.
in test menu i have buzzer sound and mic test sound ok and speaker sound .
but after a call in test menu speaker test menu not act and dont enter it and reject out and it enter to buzzer test but it not has any sound.
i flash it with two diffrent firmware with se tool but problem is same.

Hello
I service the board with ultrasonic cleaner and tinner(color detergent).
I rehot cpu and power chip .
all of my works dont help and dont solve issue.
