k850i touch screen area not unction after keylock
 

hi all
i've got this k850i the touch screen area not function after keypad lock in about 15 to 30 minutes and i hav to remove the batt in order to continueusing the phone... from what i heard from orther technician whos has encounter this prob tell tat to solve this prob u need to replace new keypad ribbon!! Izzit true and is ter any other option?

service centre done it around 2 hours time and now everything fine

if touch screen not working in k850i change the keypad set (keyboard pcb ) . i solved this problem. 100%%%%%%%

how do you change the keyboard pcb ?

can you please help me out, my touchsensitive button the center one seems to have migrated to keypad number 8, everytime i type a text the center touchsensitive button always seems to be automatically hit... its hard even dialin ?

hi mate change new inner keypad (keypad pcb )

I have changed new inner pcb keypad, now only one touch screen started working, rest two still not working, what you reckon new keypad pcb faulty or something else wrong with the phone ,,any idea?

Replaced keypad, new one was also faulty, now its all ok.. all working perfect..

Touch LCD? what you mean? there is no Touch Liquid Color Display, how to change it then?

i use to have the same prob.
the center touchsensitive button went dead while the other 2 worked.

anyhow its a common prob, i went to a service shop and got it changed.
sadly i had to pay for it, as my warranty was only available in Australia where i bought the phone from.

ones keypad changed - no more prob.

the only prob i still have is the phone keeps hanging every now n then, it automatically restarts n ****!
bladde annoying if u ask me!

wonder why SE cudnt solve all this crap supposedly in making some top end phone!

I mean.. Main Lcd...
I hv done this type problem.
Just replaced that one..... and work fine..
