Hi
For K800 That Key Pad Are Not Good Working For Example When Push 9
Phone Power Off
1-check Uif
2-check Uif Connector
3-check Volume And Power Key
4-last If Pereviuse Step Dosent Help
(((change Cpu And Then Unlonk (5lock) With Tp )))
Dont Forget Click On Thanks Bottom

1st You didn't discover any news. About keyboard you forgot about joystick, diodes, gate and tracks to keypad connector.

2nd We all know how to read service manuals. So that's not needed to place obvious things here.

3rd No need to push "Thanks" or write "Thanks" :P

If the keyboard port of the processor is punched. On non working line to connect power from a power supply unit and step-by-step to lift while sharply the current drain will not fall. chances 50 on 50 or dies CPU or will earn line

PLZZZ!!!! help me too found k800i key problem 1,6 & 3 not working. And when also we touch 3 than apper sutdown option. The "Volume UP" doesn't work, what we should do ?

check your joystick..does it function normally...? joystick has connection to the keypad..

the input keyboard port inside CPU is damaged, ESD protection of CPU has operated
just change CPU, 100% tested, also try to burn, for that connect (-) to key "3" and (+) to ground, from power supply unit 2A at 3-4 Volt, ESD protection in CPU can be burned

I am a newby to world of mini electrical component

, can you please direct me to this illusive "CPU" is it D2000 or N2000, how should i proceed?

should i resolder?

or a reflow should solve it?
