Many Ericsson T2x noisy speaker - GSM-Forum

hello all,
Have any 1 noticed that there are a lot of these ericsson phones with this fault ?
Fault is this: when on a call, the speaker will be very very low with some cracing sound coming thru !!!
Me and my crew have not been able to resolve any of them, and since it comes sparingly, I ignored it.
But now the biz is becomming competitive, turning back a client is something we dont want to do anymore, so I really need to find out how to fix this problem.

Pls can someone who knows how share with us ???

You won't belive it but it's true.....
Just remove the top cover of the speaker and remove any foreign (like metallic dust) elements from the film.
This is not for Ericsson phones only...

or you can try to reflow or replace the audio IC
