master reset shortcut for p990i - GSM-Forum

touchscreen not working, i try to change new one many times still nothing happen, so i decided try to master reset but im in master reset folder it won't continue, someone who know if ever it has a shortcut to rest the unit. Thanks

Sir i have never been encounter to master reset in p990i can you make it clear on how to do this
i'm new in this phone. this is really a big help, for those who does'nt have setools
