I do agree with u 100% iam trying since 4 months from 10:00---22:00 gmt +1

Its about Signature server for Neptune unlock??
You are free of use any other tool, this service is aditional, for now are restricted.
If dont like dont use it.
Universal box, cruiser can do it.

About support server downloads are working fine
