Default How to unlock new SP locosto phones from o2
Customer:

I have K330 from O2 network i think its new SP. How to unlock it?
There is log file:

Power on the phone...

Unlock in progress...
Server CS0 Error:0002
CS Sig error:e/303/inactivity timeout

Answer:

Try this way:

* Add to software " Backup SP Data-Locosto.act " to save your phone SP data if something goes wrong you can restore it from it to previous state
* Press Do It button
* Wait to software finish
* Reconnect cable and phone battery
* Add to software " Restore SP Data-Locosto.act "
* Press Do It button
* Point to SP data backup from another unlockable K330 (NOT FORM SAME PHONE WHICH IS ATTACHED TO CABLE)
* Wait to software finish
* Reconnect cable and phone battery
* Add to software " Locosto Server Unlock.act "
* Press Do It button

There is old security phone backup

Note:

If you use DB2020 inside v6.4 or higher no need for this steps.
