my w810i is crazy.

Hello.

Last week I bougth a W810i with WSOD , so I have written the las FS ( european1 ) and fake Main, I have copy the customization with Far and Flash the last Main available.

Ok, it seems to work, when I switch on the phone it works. The problem is that after several hours ( its random, sometimes 2 hours sometimes 30 hours ) , the phone switch off itself. There is no way to switch on the phone, even removing/inserting the battery it doesnt power on.
Connecting it to the DCU-60 cable is not recoginized by the computer.
Using the service cable ( TMS ) I can connect with XS++ and write a new firmware , but still the phone is dead.

The only way that I have found to power on is connecting it to the DCU-60 cable and wait ( sometimes 30 minutes , sometimes 1 hour ).

When the mobile swith on , all work again, I have tried to write several firmwares but always the same.

Even if I swicth the phone in walkman mode it switch off after 2 or 3 hours.

I think that I have tried all!!! , I have use SEMC , GOT ( buying credits ) and its the same, the problem remains.

Its very rare because when the phone is working all its ok, I can speak with it , use bluetooth , walkman etc etc.

Any idea about what can I do ?

BTW I have tried to send the w810gdfs.gdf with SEMC 8.4 but I always get the error 301803

You mite have dry joints beneath ur CPU, try reworking it, but do it carefully.
If you dont do it properly u will kill ur phone permanantly. I had the same problem with a J300, Did software, phone still dead. I reworked CPU, and then it worked.

No, I have not tried with setool , only with SEMC , XS++ and GOT.

Ok , I have tried now with setool2 lite,

First I have written the gdfs file , select the .bin in misce and Write GDFS ,
it seem to work ok ( with SEMC always I got an error ) :

I have tried to switch on the phone , but nothing happen now is dead ( I will need connect it to the DCU-60 cable for 30 minutes if I want to be able to power on ).

No luck with SE Tool2 lite, there was no error writing the GDFS , when finished the phone was dead (nothing happen when power on ) connected to the DCU-60 cable in 30 o 40 minutes its alive, and I see the screen "file transfer ..." , I didnt touch nothing and in 2 hours freezes

problem is software just flash the erom and full flash he mobile and enjoy
