My Xperia Z is dead due to water ....help!!

Hi.....

two days ago I dipped my phone in a cup of water just to test it if it is waterproof or n't and all the flaps were closed firmly and I didn't hit the rules...However, immediately my phone switched off and the screen went black and the whole phone was dead....
I tried alot to wake it but no way...

after sometimes I pluged the charger and it showed a red lamp but also the phone was still dead....
then I tried to **** inside the phone just in case if any drop of water there ....
and tried again but without any benefit

so could you please help me
as I live in Syria and there aren't any sony repair agents here

Regards
