after flashing my se-w850i it work fine but i reset it twice and notice the network takes a while before coming,i reset again and now its comes on and off. i donot know anything about phone files uploading and flashing done at the repaire shop

are you already flash by setool,if still no network,,you can try antena or pa change or rehot,,may solved your problem.all the best
