This method is universal you can make what dimension you like,only with soldering iron at ~300C of heat under stereo microscope,this is not for beginners.

usefull but soldering each balls in a cpu and flash will take a lot of time.. and all balls will be not in the same size

Nice job... I tried it already but its to hard for me...

next time , take your time and don't pull the cpu so hard , you broke 4-5 dots on pcb ;)

This type i use 5 years. Never use stensil.
