Hi freinds ..

I have P800 with strange problem , when I turn it on without SIM card
it starts with SE LOGO and when it reached to enter SIM it freezes and reboots and keeps rebooting !!!

But when I turn it On with sim card it works good except if I want to play audio
file it freezes and starts rebooting. !!!

Can anyone helps thanks ...

99% of faults on the p800 are sorted by a full flash of both radio, and pda parts of the phone. We usually try this before we do anything else to the phone (after checking for water damage of course).

I tried to make full flash but when I try to Flash the SYMBIAN area
sometimes it does and sometimes it gives me CHKSUM EROR !!!

There are 2 intel flash chips and 1 ARM .

In which on ethe symbian is installed ???

Many thanks .. if you can give me a breif explination on the IC's on teh P800

this is hardware application and not software problem.
1. you should contiune , your cleaning again.
2. bridging within circuits in your phone.
note.. you can flash a bridging phone. think about this.

I have the same problem with my SE p800.The local guy that is working in phone shop told me to check if the phone is waterdamaged and if it is to clean it.I don't know how to check if the phone is waterdamaged and I don't know how to clean it and what should I use for cleaning.Thanks!
