p910i flashing just with docking station - GSM-Forum

Hello I have an old p910i that has a device lock code which i forgot and now i want to play with it a little but i wouldn't put any money in to it so is there any way to flash this phone just using docking station that came with the phone and which software do i need.

just do a hard reset of phone,
With the flip closed,and sim removed..

* Jog dial up
* Press * key
* Jog dial down
* Jog dial down again
* Press * key
* Jog dial down
* Press * key

You will get 3 options

1. Information
2. Service tests
3. Service functions

If you select 'service functions' it will ask you
"Are you sure you want to format your internal disk?" Yes or No.

Formatting will delete all the contents of your phone, so you might want to back it up first.

if chinese lang after reset,then:
go into the system setup third tab and I believe it is the 4th from the bottom, select this then choose the line with the least amount of characters.

i tried that but it doesn't reset the device lock code
