I recive p910i with no work touch-screen no water damage i check it i think it,s hardware any solution any sugation for me thank,s in advance

Relpace the screen, easiest solution....

If you can get another phone swap the screens to test if its a faulty screen, no point spending $$ on new screen and not solving problem.
