I would like to set my P900 and T68i into car-mode (for light switching) when I put it into my active car holder, which is just a holder with a charger and an antenna (p900 only) connected. Since this is not a 'real' car kit, the phone does not switch on the light when beeing inserted. Does anybody know if there is a way by messing around with the connector on the bottom of the phone? I think the phone detects the car kit just by getting some simple signal on one of these pins, but which pin and what signal? Just ground? Charger voltage? Any help is welcome Cheers Peter
