R320 dead - GSM-Forum

I have a R320 dead. I can write eeprom to phone, and try to write flash to phone, but when flash write 99% - ATR v5.3 program stop,and i read on screen ERROR03.
After that phone is no charging, no power on.
Any solution?

use charged battery
try other cable
with t28 on such case i change eeprom or use ponyprog

Battery voltage is 4.06 V.
Cable is okey, becase I can write eeprom to phone,also I try to flash another phone and all was ok.I use Varanius 1.0 and ATR service 5.3.

error03 - wrong flashfile size, wrong battery.

for ATR use *.sbn
for Varanius - *.bin flash image.

take ANOTHER charged battery.
better higher capacity.

Thanks for solution,
I will try to flash it with another flash file, maybe this one is bad. I will try this tommorow at work.
I try with varanius v1.0, i try to flash it like t28, cause I don't have r320 option aviable, it only erase flash and don't write new one flash, so I try to flash with ATR and everything was ok, till 99% of flashing, it stopped and writes error03.

Today I try with another flash, and other battery, but the results is the same.I think that there is something wrong around Supply IC or LF IC?Is anybody have similar problem?

Pfu... only flashing is wrong, and in most cases problem is battery level - take few batterys from T28/t29/R320 ect... with different voltages (i think that you must use very low voltage) and try again, try also Varanius for flashing or special 320 version of Datex ATR SW
