R380s display problem - GSM-Forum

I got a R380 that show welcome logo and then log onto network , but no display after that.Phone ring on incoming call but the keyb (that's also the display ) don't work , I cannot pick the call.<br />I disassembled the set but the two connectors from the display/keypad seem to be ok.<br />what can be the problem.

THIS NORMALLY HAPPENS AFTER "MASTER RESET",I HAD SAME FAULT.

SENT IT TO ERICSSON REPAIR CENTRE AND THEY REPLACED THE PHONE
