S500 and W580 no power - GSM-Forum

I have two models S500 and W580 no power on. When i press the power on/off button, the led beside the flip is flicker. I measure the current when power on is about 0.07A but return to zero 0.00, immediately. Pls help me, i already removed the ic power, but the same. anybody help a good solution? thks

i had to try to run software, before change with new ic power, but not successfull. But i hope any pro have the best solution to help me!!!

question for u lamborg: First, u said that u measured 0.07A during On State,meaning u can draw current but then it will drop to Zero? correct? secondly, when u run the software but not successful meaning u can "ABLE" to detect? Then it should nothing to do with the Power IC, am i correct?

when i connected it to PC to run software ( EMMA, SE tool....) but it didn't detect. Special solution running in Emma software is SEPI cable, in this case it can detect the phone, but running about 49% failure. After do that, i changed IC power, but not power on.

yeah i know the SEPI cable, but it has nothing to do with the power IC unless u check the VFLASH if correct or not...when it was detected using SEPI & failed on a certain percent meaning u have problems w/ the flash or RAM IC connections...whats the error show after failing anyway? failed identification????

I had found the main cause of this problem. That is the IC flash failure. I had changed new IC, the power on. But not perfect, because the main board S500 and W580 very small and thin, it sometime auto off and white screen. Only one day to test it returned the same (oower off).
Any body have another soluton?? help me!
