S500i problem

hi,
i have s500i and i need to openline but when i connect it with dcu-60 cable the pc says usb not recognized. By the way im using cruiser with 07 id.
and cruiser can read it succesfully via fighter cable. the phone is red cid 52.

any help or suggestion will be appreciated a lot.

check system connector , clean or change the recheck
else try changing the USb Emif esd protction filter

thanks for your reply but where can i find the usb Emif esd protection filter. that one is in my mind cause i have already cleaned the connector and already changed with a sure working one and it is still the same. Do you have some picture or maybe a diagram for me to follow.
