plss help...my cedar stock on a white screen and cannot turn off unless removing the battery...is there any chance for it to repair?

Hi Friends,

Even I am facing this issue. I purchased the phone two years back. The phone was very slow in response while I am using it. So I switched it off. But when I switch it on again, only white screen appears. I tried to connect this using flashing tool. During this it shows the version number, IMEI number etc currectly. But when I connect the phone to PC in the normal mode, PC doesn't recognize it. Could anyone please let me know what might be the issue with my phone. Is this can be solved easily.
