SE p900 problem

Hi,
i have a P900. when i try to use the touch screen with the pointer(pen); i have click appoximately 6cmm down to click on the desired point.
Is it a lcd fault ?
I have flashed it fully. now when the phone starts it starts the wizard and the "Next" icon is at the bottom of the screen. Now i have to click(tap) on the screen to goto on next screen but i cant Tap on it since i have to tap 6cm down, and the "next" button is already at the bottom of the screen

How can i get rid of this situation.
Thanks in advance.
BR
