try antenna switch application are all hardware application and not software do's
try tracing all modules that allows TX and RX siganls transmission , this modules are found between the first share cover and the second shared cover area of your phone , you can try this search..................

Use duplexer from old x3x x4x series phones. Pinout is the same.
