SE W-580 with red light

I have received a SE W-580 with red light blinking(CID 52)..try'd flashing but no luck..

When i took the PCB out for GDFS repair procedure, i found that the Test points are not visible(Test point Pics in the SEtool-3 setup folder)test points shown there are under the flash chip..and its Glued...

my question is how do i connect the test point 1 n 2? is there a eazy test point?
