SEMC error 305010, answer and solution?!

Hi all,
I don't mean to post yet another SEMC error 305010 question! I just like to share what I have found and best how to solve it.

ERROR 305010 is caused by a COM/RS-232 speed issue

Namely the PC COM ports can only drive reliably at 11520 baud rate. Whereas new Sony goes right up to 921600, in fact you can see this in XS++ it overrides the selected speed to max 921600 at the complete phase; you may start communicating ok but fail to complete. This is what I guess happen with SEMC eventhough it does not show speed.

SOLUTION?!
1- The likes of MAX232 COM level converter derives supply from DTR/RTS about ~4.5v that is why having a reliable external battery fed to a voltage regulator helps in some cases.

2- Use a USB-serial; Prolific PL-2303 or FTDIchip FT232R (use in cruiser) allows the PC to communicate at higher speed than normal COM's.

The usual clean contacts/connector applies to get good COMM.

CAN SOMEONE confirm my finding? having found the info the answers are:
a) get cruiser
b) build a FTDI USB-serial
c) SEMC experts to rewrite a driver that is more tolerant to lower baud rate.

I have a PL2303 built it passes where error 305010 happens, now I encounting Switch phone ON
Start Flashloader CID49
ERROR: 305401
note I am trying to fix a K750 CID49. PS. select 'T28 cable' but pick the correct COM port (via control panel).
