Send superblock command NAK ? - GSM-Forum

I desperatly need help on this one, ive tried flashing a w810i and everytime i keep getting this coming up Send superblock command NAK, i think it may be a prob with the erom as when ive tried writing the erom it gets to block 2/4 and then stops and says elapsed? anybody help me? thanks in advance.

find and reflash just FOTA.ssw then try on lower baudrate like 115200
