K850i Dead - GSM-Forum

HI ALL

Have a K850I that has a small error

when you were to dial a several numbers they done strange things

ie: if you were to dial a number and use number 4 it brought up the music player

if you were to hit 7 on the keypad it brought up pic viewer

if you were to hit the camera it did not work said it was running

so me being me I flashed it from the flash files on the cruiser site

now it dont work

as it will not let me customise the phone

says on screen take it to deal

any ideas be great

don't have water damage????
open the phone to look inside!!!!
i don't think u haven't a software problem !!!

clean the phone and do again fls

I dont think it was flash probleme !!
else give here the log from cruiser !
wich CID is the phone ?
and wich flash u have used to flash the phone !

K850i is new platform,, new cid

Can't read phone with cruiser,,,,
