i have here a phone phone freeze at start up and some seconds later only reboots many times any sulotion alredy flashed

Hi... Che. i also have the same problem that u met, i can't find those ic's in my country, no choice then try to reflow the power ic & flash ic with more flux!! it goes back to normal again until today... so just try it.. but do not over-heated the ic , the ic's is very easy "die" if temp. control is not properly set.
