hi.. do u found any water corrosion sign on m/board , especially on CPU? the keypad rows are directly connected to the CPU, so anything correted or low resistance around k/pad rows, it would affect the keypad function. So u can try to re-ball the cpu or just remove (without messing the solder balls under CPU), clean the dirts then put back. normally it works perfects!!
