a sony z wont turn on ,its flashing when pressing the power buttton ,how do i reset it?wgats the sequence please

i am unable to understand you. If you want to hard reset then you cant. You need to flash it via flashtool.

actally iv heard that if the fone does not turn on ? and when you hit the power button the red light flashes ,then this is a sign of hard reset ? is this possible

Keep it charger and charge battery
