hi friend i have a sony f305 where the keypad is not working inhe display section has well as the main pcb, i am unable to identify the keypad ic kindly help?

f305 all key pad hangs only power key works
its software problem tested 100%

check the side switches or check the flex cable

just heat the ceremics near the stip connector with flux checked in 3 sets

chake incomming is ok? if incomming is ok remuv all varibasin gooluck

hai i have w395. keypad not working after switching on. i changed strip, but same problem. i flashed with setools, but same problem. can any one know the solution please tell me soon. thanks in adv

as me,,,its cpu problem,,,,
few days ago i got a set like this problem,,i also have do all small parts and flash..but same not work than i tried to reball cpu,,,than finally i got success,,,

so as for me if you have do all but still same pls try reball the cpu,,,but carefully its so sensative....
