sony lt18a restart with simcard. need solution please

hello brothers ,

i got a a sony lt18a with restarting problem when we put simcard in it.

i try to flash with diffrent version 4.0.4, 4.0.3...etc.

but still same problem. without sim it work perfect.

so please give me solution to solw this

if the lane sim card all good change V4000 and V4001
