Sony M4 Aqua - after screen replacement grey screen


Hi. After screen replacement (original fullset from sony with battery) i have only grey screen after power on. I tried a few next pcs. and always the same - grey screen. I cannot find any hw damages on pcb. Any ideas?

Hi

If you broke resistors near lcd flex connector just replace them or make jumpers
