S312 misteryous hardware problem - GSM-Forum

ok here it is:
cant turn it on by button, with battery - when i put it on to charger red lite is shining on turn on/off button, same with usb, when i remove batery all keypad is glowing, no vibration, no display light at any terms of usage.

there are the simptoms what should i doo??

p.s.
i can post pictures if needed,

p.p.s.
also i must say telephone board and components look intact, no indication of water or physical damage...
