Unhappy Sony Xperia Z2 restarts when tapped on the back

Okay, so I posted my previous thread in the wrong place. I thought a Sony phone wouldn't qualify as 'Sony Ericsson'.

I really need help with this problem as I don't understand it. Ihope any of you guys/girls can answer my question.

I recently dropped my Sony Xperia Z2 (I do that a lot). And it restarted. Now every time I slightly tap the back of the phone, it restarts. It also sometimes says it is empty, but when I restart the phone and charge it for 1 second, it is not empty anymore.

I tried opening the phone and succeeded. But I don't have a lot of knowledge about the phone. So I simply checked some stuff to see if it was broken and everything looked kind of okay. I only noticed that 3 of the soldered/brazed (not sure what the right translation is) parts, where the connector clicks into the phone, looked a bit off.

Could that be the problem? Or should I get a new battery? Anyone have an idea? Would love any help. If you need more information you can contact me or just reply.

Thumbs up Solved

Okay I went to a store and put in a new battery. I don't know what happened to the old battery but probably because it had fallen so much it was damaged. And that is why the phone restarted. With the new battery I have no problems. Hope anyone who has the same problem can read this.
