Anyone knows what type of "fuse"/resistor is it exactly? I know that the one for the vibrator is "Resistor 0.0 Ohm +/-5% 63.0 mW K0402" and the backlight one at least looks the same. So is the original part just a 0 ohm resistor acting as a fuse?

Yes it's just 0 Ohm resistor acting as a fuse exactly the same as the one for vibrator in the corner of the motherboard.

I don't have spare board so I can't take it from there...
Google helps me if I look for 0 ohm resistor? Any 0 ohm resistor (having the same dimentions) would be a good for me?
