I do not have a board like yours for now, but your problem as i think in battery connector v+ way.
make a test by avo meter when charger on phone and let me know measurements.

I used meter to check for continuity's where you place your jumper and all seem to be ok. I get 100% continuity's where you suggest jumper to be made. So i believe that jumper isn't needed there!! Am i correct?

This chip is baseband and ram that is heating with charger that's mean you have a short circuit or baseband damaged.

Hello ahmed
My phone was upgrading from WiFi lollipop to marshmallow but it hanged while upgrading ana I have restated it by power and vol up
And since then it didn't walk up again no fast boot no flash mode no xperiA companion no red sim button
Model d5603
I have opened that back cover removed the bAttery nothing but red led light that may light up for minute or more then it drop of
