I have a dead Z5, don't respond on software

any help?

check 26MHz.i had simillar problems on c5 and z5

Hi,
Are your cables good, test your phone with an other cable or give the phone to your friend who has a cable to test it for you.
If all is ok for the cable, clean the connections of the phone. Then charge the battery ( good charge ) then re-test the connection of your gsm with the computer.
