Hello!

I have a SE v640i for 2 years, and it worked perfectly. Some weeks ago, I talked to it till its battery was off, and recharged it again. One day I tried to switch on it, but the only step was to be shown the SE logo, and keep continuously lighted. No more PIN and the next steps. So, I left the GSM untill its battery was fully discharged, and charged it again. And, the same problem was occured.

My main trouble is how to recover the phone agenda , as it is placed in the internal memory of phone, not on the SIM. The service guide said to me he would resoft the GSM , but the database will be completly erased.
Please a lot, help me with a program / method to extract the phone agenda, or to repair the GSM without damaging the numbers.
