t20 battery empty in 6~12hours

did anyone met this problem before ?

if i leave the phone to charge all the night and i put a card in it in the morning, at evening it`s allready empty ..(sometimes lasts more, but not more then 24h)

i changed all the bga`s starting with power IC, MMAdapter and audio ic on this phone ...

also the 3 pins transistor under the audio IC...

what is the problem ... coz i had an t29 an week ago and had exactly the same problem ...

i may add that the battery goes from full to empty at once, not slowly..and when i power on the phone ... for a second or two the display fades away and goes back to normal and stays like that.
