display ok
i mesure voltage it must be cca 6V but it is only 3V
two diodes near cpu is ok but still no voltage i sume cpu is demage or?

reflash the phone..

bad capacitors can cause the fault if they r short circuited. folow the signal and see all capacitors

check the display strip (rubber)...
