Sorry but your hex doesn't work the dongle is found so the software start but can't communicate with phones.

are you sure the hex is wrong?

what scheme or pcb layout did you use when you build it?
have you schecked the pin on the phone connector?

if you are running win xp you might have problems with that.

pls give me some more info.

No i am using it with win98 but the software is ok because it works with other dongle and phone too.For the connector it's the same than an other dongle who work, i really think taht it's a hex file problem.
